"We decided to work with Patti's team again to design our new house with confidence that they would be able to make our vision a reality. This house is surrounded by trees close to the lake, so we wanted a 'cozy cottage' that was still polished and provided a flow that allowed for entertaining. Since our last build was less than 18 months ago, we wanted to include some existing furniture and yet still have a different feeling to the house. Patti will strive to work with your overall budget, and it is part of conversations throughout the project. In the end, we are thrilled with our house! We actually love it more than the first one, which we didn't think would be possible. We love the wallpaper, pops of colour, window coverings, fixture – it all speaks to who we are and how we live."
